  • Competitive Salary starting from $194,088 for a 40 hour work week

The opportunity:

 

As a Senior People and Culture Business Partner on a 12-month max-term contract, you’ll be instrumental in shaping people strategies that drive business success. You’ll enable leaders to confidently manage change and cultivate a thriving, inclusive workplace. 

 

You will:

 

  • Lead key initiatives in performance management, employee recognition, cultural enhancement, and workforce transformation.
  • Advise and influence senior leaders on workforce planning, change management and organisational development.
  • Mentor and guide leaders through complex people matters and strategic challenges.
  • Provide guidance and support on a wide range of employee relations, performance and conduct matters.
  • Guide leaders through talent management, succession planning and performance and goal setting.
  • Integrate innovative people solutions by collaborating with expert teams across People and Culture.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, agility, and high performance across the organisation.

As part of the Corporate Services Division within the People and Culture (P&C) Group, you’ll join a passionate and supportive team committed to making a real difference in how we engage, develop, and empower our people. Reporting to the Manager Employee Relations and Business Partners, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who champion positive change, drive inclusive workplace culture, and help leaders unlock their teams’ full potential. What you'll bring:

 

You’ll bring a strong foundation of HR expertise combined with significant practical experience and outstanding interpersonal skills, positioning you as a trusted advisor to business leaders. You’ll confidently guide change initiatives, elevate performance, and champion talent development, shaping a workplace culture that inspires and empowers. Navigating complex organisational landscapes with ease, you’ll build meaningful relationships across diverse teams to deliver innovative people solutions aligned with strategic vision. Moreover, you’ll play a pivotal role in  develop people strategies aligned to business priorities and driving continuous improvements that help shape the future of the organisation.

  • Degree-level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
