- Competitive Salary starting from $194,000 plus 14.75% Super for a 10-day, 80 hour fortnight.
- You will lead and manage the property acquisition component of the project, including the approvals and stakeholder component of major and minor projects.
- You will be the subject matter expert for all property acquisition matters – including valuation advice and negotiating and acquiring land, easements and property rights.
- You will support collaborative community engagement on land and easement acquisition projects, review feedback and manage responses to stakeholders.

The opportunity:
Powerlink Queensland is expecting continued growth in our major project portfolio for the next decade. To provide critical support to our major project delivery our Property Project Team is looking for an experienced Property Project Manager to support the acquisition and management of our easements, land- and property portfolio for our linear infrastructure projects.
The purpose of the Property Project Manager position is to lead and manage the delivery of land access, including the approvals and stakeholder component of major and minor projects.
The people you'll join:
You will be part of our Major Projects Division based in Virginia and join a growing and dedicated Property Project Management team with a supportive culture that will provide critical support to our Major Project Delivery teams.
What you'll bring:
To be successful in this role you will need relevant property management experience ideally supporting linear or utility focussed infrastructure projects and demonstrated experience in property and land acquisition.
You will need to demonstrate experience providing strategic and tactical property services including advice, negotiation and delivery to internal and external stakeholders
You will need to have demonstrated the ability to plan, manage and deliver property and land acquisition outcomes, carrying out front line negotiations and supporting & coordinating engagement with a wide range of clients, customers and stakeholders
Ideally you will have relevant Tertiary qualifications in property/real estate, project management, valuation, surveying, law, business, commerce or related field with extensive relevant property and land acquisition experience.
