The opportunity:

 

As a Personal Assistant Support Officer you will provide essential support to our General Managers, ensuring their time is optimised and their individual objectives are achieved. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, exercising your judgement and initiative to drive delivery solutions and improvements.

 

  • Diary Coordination and Stakeholder Management.
  • Travel and Administrative Support.
  • Corporate Governance and Record Maintenance.
  • Process Improvement and Collaboration.
  • General administrative support and relief duties.

The people you'll join:

 

As a member of our Personal Assistant support team in our Network Investment Division, your role will see you supporting and coordinating activities for the Senior Leadership team of the division enabling their deliverables and optimizing their time. 

What you'll bring:

 

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive/Personal assistant supporting multiple senior leaders in a diverse, complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop an understanding of the complex nature of the division’s core business, priorities, issues and challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships, apply a customer service approach and exercise judgement, initiative and discretion in managing stakeholders to support the achievement of objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to process, extrapolate, analyse and interpret data and information to contribute to the delivery of business reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated organisational, self and time management skills, particularly in relation to managing conflicting and multiple priorities.

 

Supported by:

 

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or preferably an Associate Diploma, or equivalent experience. 
  • Advanced skills in the use of business software such as MS Office, SAP and EDRM systems i.e. Objective.
