- Competitive Salary starting from $122,016 + 14.75% Super

As a Paralegal at Powerlink, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative legal team that delivers real impact for Queensland communities. - Lead and contribute to legal operations projects that improve how we work - including engagement planning, capability development, and strategic reporting.
- Engage deeply in a broad range of legal work, including contract review, property documentation, and legal research across.
- Shape the future of legal services by supporting transformation initiatives such as legal dashboards, document templates, and smarter ways of working.
- Collaborate closely with experienced lawyers who offer guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to expand your legal knowledge across multiple practice areas.
- Deliver meaningful outcomes by coordinating legal requests, drafting documents, conducting research, and helping ensure the team’s legal outputs are timely and accurate.

The people you'll join:
As a member of our Legal Services team within the Governance Group, Finance, Governance and Supply Division, you’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team of 18 legal professionals who are passionate about delivering trusted advice across all areas of Powerlink’s operations. Based in our Virginia office, you’ll report directly to the Head of Legal and work alongside experienced lawyers on matters that support critical infrastructure, commercial strategy, and meaningful legal transformation projects to support Powerlink shape Queensland’s energy future.
What you'll bring:
You’ll bring strong legal research and document preparation skills, paired with exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to work independently in a dynamic environment. Your experience supporting legal teams - preferably in property, planning and environment, commercial, or infrastructure law - will enable you to proactively manage tasks and contribute meaningfully to legal operations and transformation initiatives.
Essential qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business, Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, or relevant legal experience.
