- Competitive salary $141,039 + superannuation, pro rata for 3 days per week
- Lead video/photo production– oversee capture, editing and cataloguing; train our people to produce digital content

The opportunity:
As an Internal Communications Advisor working three days a week, you'll blend creativity with strategy—telling stories that matter, while guiding your colleagues to share their own voices through videos and podcasts. You’ll be a champion of intranet, email, and digital platforms like Viva Engage that help us build genuine connections and pride in our work.

You’ll do this by:
- Developing and Implementing Communication Campaigns: Design and execute campaigns across various channels such as intranet, email, and Viva Engage to promote staff engagement and disseminate key information.
- Capturing and Producing Multimedia Content: Lead the creation of high-quality digital assets, including photography, videography, and audio recordings, to support internal communications initiatives.
- Creating Training Materials and Resources: Develop and update training guides, templates, and video resources to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent communication practices.
- Analysing and Improving Communication Processes: Assess existing communication workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing Editorial Calendar and Content Scheduling: Oversee the internal communications calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery of content across platforms.

The people you'll join:
As a member of our Corporate Services division within the Communication, Customer and Engagement group, you'll be part of a collaborative internal communications team. This team is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement, fostering a great culture, and delivering impactful communication strategies across our incredible organisation.
The team comprises a small team of internal communications professionals, working cohesively to create and implement innovative communication initiatives that assist our people and support overall business objectives.
What you'll bring:
You’ll be a great people person with a creative spark and a knack for storytelling. With strong experience in internal communications, you’ll help shape and share stories that matter—guiding colleagues to find their voice, connect with each other, and engage with what’s happening around them.
Essential Qualification:
- Degree-level qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
You love bringing people together, whether it’s setting up a colleague to film their own video or helping someone share their story via a post. If you’re excited to bring ideas to life and make internal comms cut through, this role’s for you.
