The Graduate Program
As part of our Graduate Engineer Program 2027- Electrical, based in Brisbane, you’ll help shape Queensland’s energy transformation while maintaining the safety and reliability of our network.
Starting in January 2027, you’ll take part in a three‑year program featuring rotations across our specialist teams in Design, Systems, Field and Delivery, building a strong technical foundation before moving into a role that best fits your strengths and aspirations.
Our program blends hands‑on engineering experience with structured development, professional training and supportive mentoring giving you everything you need to succeed.

Graduate Engineering salaries start $126,284 + 14.75% super on our 9-day fortnight.

What you'll bring:
The program is open to graduates passionate about power systems with bachelor level qualifications in:
- Electrical, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications Engineering
- Dual Engineering degrees paired with Business, Science, IT, Computer Science, or Data Science
