- Competitive Salary starting from $111,524 for a 9 day fortnight

The opportunity:
As a Fleet Commissioning Officer, you’ll be at the heart of Powerlink’s fleet operations—making sure every vehicle and asset is delivered safely, efficiently, and ready to support the teams that keep Queensland powered.
- Take ownership of fleet commissioning projects, ensuring every delivery meets safety, compliance, and performance standards.
- Work closely with internal teams and trusted suppliers to bring fleet solutions to life that truly support operational success.
- Be a champion for safety and innovation, always looking for smarter ways to improve how we deliver and deploy fleet assets.
- Build strong relationships across Powerlink and contribute to efficient fleet operations.
- Keep things running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and supporting fleet familiarisation that helps teams get the most out of their equipment.
This role is based across Powerlink’s Virginia and Pinkenba locations—right where the action happens.
The people you'll join:
You’ll be part of the Fleet Services team in Powerlink’s Finance and Governance division, working alongside a supportive and skilled group that’s passionate about delivering safe, efficient fleet solutions. Reporting to the Fleet Services Manager, you’ll collaborate across teams and locations—Virginia and Pinkenba—to help drive operational success where it matters most.
What you'll bring:
You’ll bring a Certificate IV or equivalent training in a relevant automotive or fleet discipline, along with hands-on industry experience that sets you up for success. You’ll also need a valid manual driver’s licence and the flexibility to travel as needed to support fleet deployment and commissioning activities.
