  • Attractive salary starting from $194,088 plus 14.75% superannuation for a 40-hour work week

The opportunity:

 

As a Finance Business Partner, your core objective is to provide trusted, data-driven financial insights that enable informed strategic and operational decisions. You’ll:

 

  • Develop, manage, and deliver accurate budgets, forecasts and financial reporting that align with divisional and corporate objectives.
  • Conduct detailed variance and trend analyses to highlight key drivers of financial performance and support data-led decision-making.
  • Partner with divisional executives to help them understand and respond to financial challenges, offering strategic advice and financial guidance.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, tailored for a non-finance audience.
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting, and systems, with a focus on business value and stakeholder needs.

 

This role offers the opportunity to apply your financial expertise in a collaborative, stakeholder-focused environment, supporting informed decision-making across key operational divisions.

 

The people you'll join:

 

This Finance Business Partner role sits within the Finance & Governance Division, as part of the Finance Strategy and Services Group, reporting to the Team Leader, Finance Business Partner. The position is embedded in a collaborative and outcomes-focused team that works closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and advice. The team supports decision-making across key operational areas and plays an active role in driving financial performance and continuous improvement across the organisation. 

 

What you'll bring:

 

You’ll bring strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders. Your experience in budgeting, forecasting,financial analysis and strategic advice within a complex organisation will enable you to add immediate value in this business partnering role.

 

  • Degree qualification in Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
