The opportunity:
As the Personal Assistant supporting our Executive General Manager within our Network Investment division, you will be responsible for providing essential support and ensuring the executive’s time is optimised and her objectives are achieved. Your ability to anticipate needs, prioritise competing demands, and maintain confidentiality will be essential to your success.
You will;
- Manage the Executive’s schedule and priorities, ensuring efficient use of their time
- Handle administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, invoice payments, and document proofreading with attention to detail and professionalism
- Coordinate and facilitate Divisional meetings and events
- Prepare, review, and quality control board and executive committee papers and presentations
- Lead and mentor two PA Support Officers, ensuring top-tier support for the Network Investment leadership team
- Streamline administrative processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain internal communication systems, including managing the Division’s web page
The people you'll join:
Based in Virginia, you will work within the Network Investment Division, reporting directly into the Executive General Manager.
What you'll bring:
- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
You’ll bring experience in supporting executives, with a strong ability to manage relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. Additionally, you will bring experience in the coordination and quality control of board and executive-level committee papers. Your attention to detail is second to none, ensuring all documentation for board and executive meetings is accurate, timely, and of the highest standard.
You’re confident preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for diverse audiences, and you’re highly proficient in business software including Microsoft Office, SAP, and Objective. Your organisational skills are exceptional, and you manage your time and workload with ease.
With a customer-focused mindset, you build strong working relationships and communicate with clarity and professionalism. You also exercise sound judgment, initiative, and discretion when navigating stakeholder interactions.
