  • Competitive Salary starting from $194,000 plus 14.75% Super for a 80 hour, 10-day fortnight.

The opportunity:

 

Due to an internal secondment we have a two year,  maximum term, opportunity as the Enterprise Data and Analytics Office Team Leader.  In this role you provide leadership and direction to the team in the design, configuration and maintenance of Powerlink’s enterprise data and analytics environment. You will ensure the Enterprise Data and Analytics environment performs in accordance with Powerlink’s businehass and operational day-to-day and long-term requirements. 

The people you'll join:

 

As the team leader of our Enterprise Data and Analytics Office you will join a dedicated team to ensure fit for purpose enterprise data and analytics systems and applications are aligned to our corporate strategy. 

 

Based in our corporate head office in Virginia you will be able to work flexibly in a supportive hybrid working environment. This position will be part of our broader Business IT and Digital Delivery Group reporting to the Manager Strategic Data, Systems and Solutions.
 

What you'll bring:

 

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in:
 

  • Leading an enterprise data and analytics team in support of an overall enterprise data and analytics operating model and strategy.
  • Successfully engaging and influencing enterprise wide stakeholders to achieve an optimised Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Developing contemporary data, analytic and governance frameworks, policies and processes.
  • Strategic delivery and embedment of leading data, analytic and governance solutions.
  • Data management, integration, business intelligence and AI concepts as it relates to delivering data and information for effective business decision making.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as Business IT, Commerce/Business, Computer or Information Science, Mathematical Sciences, Systems Analysis or a lesser qualification with extensive experience in a related discipline to Data and Analytics.
  • Ideally this will be supported by ITIL certification or relevant experience.
