  • Competitive salary starting from $135,123 + 14.75% Super on a 9 day
  • Work between Narangba, Pinkenba, Larapinta, Morayfield and Virginia locations
  • Start at 7am and finish up at 3:30pm

The opportunity:

 

 

As a Logistics Operations and Planning Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials across critical infrastructure and maintenance projects.

  • You’ll lead last-mile freight operations, solving complex logistical challenges to keep projects on track and on time.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with field teams and internal stakeholders, aligning logistics execution with broader organisational goals.
  • You’ll drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing enhancements to boost logistics performance and efficiency.
  • You’ll manage high-impact deliveries across distribution centres, unmanned sites, and field locations—no two days are the same.
  • You’ll be at the heart of infrastructure success, ensuring materials arrive where and when they’re needed most.

Please note: This role requires flexibility to work across multiple locations, including Narangba, Pinkenba, Larapinta, Morayfield, and Virginia.

The people you'll join:

 

You’ll join a high-performing team within the Supply Chain Services Group in the Finance and Governance Division. This team is the central hub for coordinating logistics operations across the organisation, known for its agility, precision, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Led by a supportive and experienced Team Leader, the group thrives on solving complex logistical challenges and continuously improving supply chain performance. It’s a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of infrastructure and maintenance projects across the business. 

What you'll bring:

 

 

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of logistics expertise, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure seamless coordination of material movement and last-mile delivery for infrastructure and maintenance projects. They will demonstrate deep knowledge of logistics operations, regulatory compliance, and ERP systems, along with the ability to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline, or a lesser qualification coupled with significant logistics experience.
