Beyond project delivery, you’ll play an important role in building capability across the business- mentoring Safety Advisors, coaching leaders, and fostering a culture where safety and sustainability are genuinely valued and integrated into everyday work.
This is a unique opportunity to work on critical infrastructure that underpins Queensland’s energy network, while contributing to a team that is committed to continuous improvement, strong safety outcomes, and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
