As a System Integration Specialist, you will provide expert-level support in the development and delivery of highly available and resilient operational technologies and applications, such as power and telecommunications network management systems, in an agile manner for both projects and operations.
You will;
- Lead the development, design, and support of Hardware and Software Inventory Management tools and processes to maintain accurate asset records
- Take charge of Hardware and Software Configuration Management to ensure our network management systems are always available and resilient
- Support Project Managers in implementing new technology and coordinating projects to ensure best practices in Operational Technology
- Develop documentation for new and migrated systems for OT projects, ensuring operational teams have the information they need

This pivotal role, reporting directly to our Platforms Team Leader, is part of our Energy & Digital Management team. It requires a high degree of originality, ingenuity, judgment, and expertise.
We are seeking passionate professionals to help us deliver cutting-edge technologies that streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and introduce innovative ways of working.
Your expertise
- Degree level qualification in Electrical Engineering or IT
- Significant experience in designing, supporting, and integrating operational technologies (i.e power and telecommunications network management systems)
- Strong background in engineering applications and operations and knowledge of Control Systems techniques and technologies
- Ability to diagnose and fix faults, undertake root cause analysis, and ensure network management systems remain highly available and resilient
- Proven ability to develop and support Hardware and Software Configuration
- Experience in Time Series Historians for real-time environments
