As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll tackle interesting problems and grow your skills every day, all while working with down-to-earth people you're proud to know.

You'll be the go-to person for coordinated talent administration and support, enabling the delivery of proactive, best-practice recruitment strategies. From references and pre-employment to contract management, candidate management, engagement, and screening, you'll oversee it all.

Plus, there's an opportunity to develop your skills in Employer Branding by supporting social media content, event management, and talent campaigns across both day-to-day roles and projects.

Located in Brisbane, you will report to the Recruitment Lead, forming part of the broader Talent & Branding Team, part of the People & Culture division. This team thrives on a culture of high performance, where each member’s dedication to excellence is complemented by a strong emphasis on collaboration, ultimately fostering a dynamic and achievement-oriented environment.

Your expertise

 

  • Intermediate skills in MS Office
  • Diploma of Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a lesser relevant qualification with significant experience
  • A current “C” Class drivers licence
