As a Records and Document Management Officer, you will be integral in supporting internal stakeholders through guidance, advice, and training for their records and document management activities.


You will;


  • Provide essential day-to-day Objective Support within the eDRMS (Objective) to internal stakeholders across the business
  • Educate and empower stakeholders on effective records and document management, archives, and library practices
  • Analyse, govern, and report on records and document management practices
  • Manage divisional document control processes, ensuring compliance with our Document Management Framework
  • Collaborate on business process enhancements to optimise recordkeeping, document management, and archives
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with the Public Record Act 2002 (Qld) and other regulatory requirements within our records management systems

Your expertise


  • Previous experience in records/ document and broader information management support
  • Strong experience and efficiency in Objective or a similar eDRMS
  • Passion to deliver engaging training sessions to internal stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and provide internal customer support
