The opportunity:
As our Property Support Coordinator you’ll use your coordination skills and administrative knowledge to support the Property team and ensure daily activities are delivered efficiently and effectively with our various stakeholders for our Property project portfolio.
You will:
- Provide Property project, data and information management support to our the broader Property and leadership team.
- Support the coordination of activities and optimisation of Property management processes and communication to enable accurate Property project controls, reporting and delivery of the project.
- Provide support in data analysis, improvement initiatives to identify issues and implement efficient and innovative communication methods with the team, stakeholders and customers.
The people you'll join:
Based in our Virginia office, your role will see you supporting the broader property team and their leaders in coordinating and progressing project, accounts and administrative activities as part of the Major Project Division.
What you'll bring:
We would like you to have demonstrated knowledge, experience and success in:
- A project, accounts or administrative support role within a technical or project delivery team environment
- Effective and accurate data and information processing, collation, reconciliation and reporting activities
- Supporting a team’s financial obligations and budget responsibilities
- High level ability to communicate and liaise with stakeholders on behalf of an organisation
- Ability to use systems or databases specific to the technical aspects of the team’s activities
- Ability to recognise and respond to sensitive property issues
- Advanced skills in the use of business systems such as MS Office
Qualifications and experience:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or related discipline
- Or lesser qualification when coupled with significant experience within an administration or customer service environment.
