The opportunity:

 

Join our team as a Planning & Analytics Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in leveraging data-driven insights to fuel informed decisions and drive business growth. This is currently a 2-year maximum term contract.

 

In this role you will;

 

  • Utilise diverse datasets, predictive analytics, and financial modelling techniques to create impactful visualisations and develop value driver trees. Emphasis will be on automation to improve self-service reporting capabilities
  • Recognise opportunities to automate analytics and reporting procedures
  • Generate comprehensive and concise reports that simplify complex data into actionable insights customized for diverse audiences
  • Construct value driver trees to prioritise factors significantly influencing the organisation's financial and operational success
  • Apply advanced data modelling techniques to convert raw data into structured, meaningful information for analysis and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to deliver in-depth financial reports, forecast analysis, trend identification, and strategic long-term planning

What you'll bring:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree coupled with significant experience in finance and data analytics
  • System knowledge in Analytics with present exposure to:
    • Data Modelling tools: SQL, Python, R , Snowflake or similar
    • Analytics tools: Power BI, DAX, Power Platform, Alteryx, Tableau or similar
    • Planning Tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC, TM1 or similar
  • Outstanding communication skills, adept at collaborating across various business teams and influencing decision-making processes
  • Solid grasp of financial concepts, coupled with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with Planning, Analytics, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
