You will lead a specialised team of professionals in managing and optimising information flow critical to the CopperString 2032 project's objectives. Your strategic guidance, leadership, and expertise in information management will drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation within the project.

 

  • Manage and coordinate a specialised team of Information Management professionals to ensure alignment with the specific objectives of the Copperstring Project.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Information Management Team, overseeing document control, visualisation, reporting, asset management, and other relevant tasks.
  • Coordinate document, information, and data management functions to ensure adherence to processes and standards, driving efficiency and accuracy across Powerlink.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to implement and manage document control, common data environment, visualization, and BIM/GIS services tailored to the Copperstring Project.

Based in Bowen Hills, reporting into the Project Services Director you'll collaborate with experts who possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in information management, document control, visualisation, and asset management within the Utilities and Energy sectors. Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and a shared passion for driving sustainable progress.
 

Your expertise

 

  • Degree level qualifications in Business Leadership/Management/Administration, or a related discipline with significant experience; or a lower-level qualification with extensive relevant experience.
  • Qualifications in Information, Document and/or Data Management, or equivalent discipline.

 

We’d also love you to have:

 

  • Able to provide direction to and manage multiple functions and discipline streams simultaneously
  • Knowledge and understanding of BIM, Spatial, GIS, Document Control and Digital Engineering fundamentals
  • Ability to interpret and incorporate corporate governance to a multi-discipline team
  • Drive innovative and solution-based approaches to unique and challenging deliverable requirements
  • Build, maintain and improve on a diverse and experienced high performing team with focus on culture
