As our Fleet Commissioning Officer, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our fleet of plant, trailers, light and heavy commercial vehicles are delivered and commissioned seamlessly. You'll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate fleet delivery and commissioning, ensuring compliance with vehicle specifications, safety standards, and processes
- Maintain collaborative relationships with Powerlink stakeholders and communicate the status, progress, and challenges of fleet deliveries to support planning, coordination, and scheduling activities
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate fleet deliveries, and provide training to optimise the use of fleet assets
- Monitor quality control measures and ensure fleet deliveries meet required specifications and standards
- Maintain accurate and complete fleet records, databases, systems, and documentation, and provide administrative support to the Fleet Services team

Your expertise
- Previous experience working within the automotive or fleet industry
- Strong background in fleet builds and commissioning with knowledge of vehicle specifications, build processes and commissioning procedures
- Ability to problem solve technical fleet commissioning issues
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders from suppliers and contractors to internal team members
- Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and time management skills
