- Competitive Salary starting from $225,000 plus 14.75% Super

The opportunity:
As the Strategic Project Integration Lead (Major Projects), you will play a pivotal role in developing key project strategies and managing relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- effectively prepare and manage business cases, directions papers, and joint engagement strategies with our customer’s project teams.
- ensure we have documented strategies for project regulatory and commercial processes and to manage project progress in accordance with these strategies.
- apply a strategic approach to manage project risks and resolve project development and delivery challenges on large-scale linear infrastructure projects.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a natural problem solver to support our major projects delivery portfolio and play a pivotal role in the development of once-in-a-generation projects.
The people you'll join:
In this strategically focussed role, you will be reporting to the Delivery Launch Director within our Major Projects Division. You will joining a dynamic Major Projects delivery team dedicated to maintaining high standards in the efficient development and delivery of our major projects.
What you'll bring:
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in:
- the development phases and delivery optimisation of large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally in the energy industry;
- successfully managing interfaces with a diverse number of internal and external stakeholders in the development of strategies for the large-scale infrastructure projects;
- leadership at both strategic and operational levels, and
- proven ability to consult with and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders on strategic project delivery issues.
Ideally you will have relevant Degree level qualifications or lesser qualifications supported by with significant applied (HV) transmission network experience in project management, planning or sponsorship.
