- Competitive Salary starting from $170,000 plus 14.75% Super for a 10-day, 80 hour working fortnight.
- Support the delivery of key project, system implementation, governance outcomes and compliance reporting within the Major Projects Division.
- Lead the optimisation development and implementation of project systems to the Major Projects Division, collaborating with relevant process owners and stakeholders.

The opportunity:
As the Project Systems Enablement Lead you will oversee the successful implementation and ensure ongoing adoption/support/reporting of key systems within the Major Projects Division by coordinating multiple stakeholders across various business units.
This role ensures timely, cost-effective delivery through funding coordination, vendor management, governance establishment, and comprehensive tracking and reporting of all implementation projects and their progress as well as the long-term governance and compliance checks over the use of project systems in alignment with relevant procedures/processes to support project delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
The Project Systems Enablement Lead will maintain a portfolio of systems, tools and technology, selected, designed and implemented for the enablement of the Major Projects Division and the delivery of the Major Projects portfolio.
The people you'll join:
Based in Bowen Hills, you will be part of a Major Projects Office and reporting into the Project Systems Manager. You will collaborate with experts in project systems, information management, document control, visualisation, and asset management within the Utilities and Energy sectors. Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and a shared passion for driving sustainable progress.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in Project and information Management related systems such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, EcoSys, InEIght, AutoDesk ACC or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Project (or similar tools such as P6, Monday.com etc), Word, PowerPoint and Excel as tools in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage small scale projects to ensure the project is governed appropriately and completed on time, on budget and to the desired quality.
- Demonstrated ability to provide advice on financial management practices for projects.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate the development and delivery of governance and training to projects, stakeholders end users around practices, processes, standards and governance.
Supported by:
- Degree level qualification in Business, IT or Project Management, or lesser qualifications in Business, Project Management or IT if coupled with significant experience in small scale project management and the analysis of planning and scheduling, cash flow monitoring and forecasting and reporting within a project system delivery environment.
