  • Competitive Salary starting from $194,088 plus 14.75% Super (for a 10-day working fortnight)

The opportunity:

 

As our Project Risk Manager in our Major Projects Delivery Group you’ll help us manage our project governance, risk and compliance for our major project delivery portfolio.

 

You will use your expertise to ensure compliance with the Powerlink Risk Management Framework, Risk Management Principles and Guidelines and Major Projects Office Risk Management procedures for the major projects portfolio.  

 

You will ensure that the Project Team has optimal risk management programs and methodologies in place to manage a portfolio of large-scale energy infrastructure projects. 

The people you'll join:

 

You will join a high performing and dedicated major projects delivery group based in our new Bowen Hills Major Projects delivery office.

 

You will work with various stakeholders across the business to provide risk management and assurance frameworks supporting some of the largest HV Transmission projects and help build the energy grid of the future.

 

We need your specialised Project Risk Management expertise in the development of major linear infrastructure projects, ideally in the energy industry, to support our major projects delivery portfolio.

What you'll bring:

 

  • Be our risk management, governance, compliance and assurance expert for our project delivery team, coaching, mentoring team members and internal and external stakeholders
  • You have experience in developing, implementing and executing project risk management and governance assurance processes and frameworks. This includes risk identification, qualitative and quantitative analysis, evaluation, management, communication, presentation, and dashboards
  • You have the demonstrated ability to provide specialist expertise in managing project risk, opportunity and governance processes, reporting and analysis to identify and implement efficient and innovative project risk management improvements.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Formal qualifications in risk management, corporate governance, compliance, project management or business management.

 

We’d also need you to have demonstrated knowledge, experience and success managing risks in similar large scale linear infrastructure projects.
