Our development programs are structured so that candidates gain exposure to niche areas of the business through workplace rotations in different divisions. Candidates can expect to acquire a broad range of skills and knowledge through on-the-job experience, internal training and development opportunities and formal training.

All participants have access to mentors, and are provided with opportunities to interact with fellow program members.

Our Graduate Development Engineer Program provides the opportunity for recent university graduates to gain a broad foundation of engineering experience in a company which continually excels and sets new standards of engineering performance.

Rotations for this program include placements in Powerlink’s field operations, network operations, and service delivery groups.

  • Advertising commences April/May for a January commencement


Currently studying your final year of an Engineering degree, or a recent University graduate with a degree in Engineering – Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics.
