We are committed to the ongoing health and wellbeing of our employees. This includes access to our Employee Assistance Program which provides a range of confidential services to assist employees and their immediate family members in managing their mental, physical and personal health.
We are part of the Mates in Energy initiative. As part of this, we have multiple team members who are trained as Connectors and ASIST workers, who are our ‘go-to’ people when someone on site is doing it tough. Their focus is on raising awareness about ways to access help and ensuring the help offered is practical, professional and appropriate.
